How donations work

ArryBarry Ltd is a UK limited company and online marketplace. We are not a registered charity.

Through the ArryBarry Impact Programme, selected products fund donations or community contributions at no extra cost to the customer.

What your purchase does when you buy an eligible product, ArryBarry or a participating brand funds the stated impact amount. The product page explains how much is funded, who funds it, and where it goes.

Types of causes

Registered charities: These are charities with a registered charity number. Where a product supports a registered charity, we show the charity name, charity number and donation basis.

Brand-affiliated charities: Some brands nominate an official charity, foundation or charitable partner. These campaigns are shown only where the brand or charity relationship has been approved.

Community and crowdfunding causes: Some causes support individuals, families, groups or local projects. These are not always registered charities and may not qualify for Gift Aid or charitable tax relief.

Who funds the donation?

The impact amount is funded by ArryBarry, by a participating brand, or from a marketplace campaign contribution. The product page will explain which applies.

Are purchases personal charitable donations?

No. Buying a product from ArryBarry is a normal product purchase. Unless you make a separate optional donation, the impact amount is funded by ArryBarry or the participating brand.

Refunds and cancellations

Impact amounts are calculated on qualifying completed sales. Refunded, cancelled, returned, fraudulent or charged-back orders may be excluded.

Optional donations

Where optional donations are available, they are separate from product purchases. The donation page will explain whether the recipient is a registered charity, community cause or crowdfunding cause.
