About the charity

Thames Reach works with people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping across London, providing practical support to help them move away from the streets for good. From outreach and emergency accommodation to employment, mental health and housing support, we work alongside people every step of the way as they rebuild their lives. With your support, we can continue helping more people find safety, stability and a place to call home.

Our street outreach services work across London 365 days a year, connecting people sleeping rough with support. Our accommodation and move-on services help people rebuild their lives and move towards independent living.
