Biona Pumpernickel Bread 500 g
This bread is made for Biona by a familyowned bakery in Muensterland, Germany. Established in 1927, the bakery uses traditional artisan skillsfreshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with the wholegrain goodness needed as part of a healthy diet.
Pumpernickel is made from wholemeal rye by grinding the whole rye berry and baking it very slowly until it caramelises, giving it its distinctive flavour and colour.
