Cafetiere grind, 100% Specialty Arabica Union Direct Trade coffee West Coast inspiration brought to life in London and one of our bestloved blends since 1995. Our original house blend is unmistakably Union: bold intensity infused with a deep natural sweetness.
OUR STORY: San Francisco, the 90s. The rumblings of a café culture revolution. The smell of freshly roasted coffee lingered in the air.
One heaped dessert spoon (810g) per 250ml cup Water just off the boil ( 92 degrees), stir and brew for 4 minutes then plunge for the perfect cafetiere.
We handroast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma for each individual coffee.
