Tropical Wholefoods Porcini Mushrooms 30g: Dried Porcini Cep Mushrooms from Tropical Wholefoods. Fairtrader product. Dried porcini mushrooms reconstitute to their original size once soaked in warm water, but have a more intense flavour due to the drying process. Try these porcini mushrooms in soups, stirfries and ricebased dishes. Directions: Soak in warm water for 5 minutes to soften: then thoroughly rinse ceps free from forest earth. Then soak a further 45 minutes, keeping the soaking liquid as stock. Cook as ordinary mushrooms. Ingredients: Wild cep/porcini mushrooms.
