All goodness you will be pleased to hear! Firstly Soffles hate the thought of using the deep fat fryer, so each pitta chip is oven roasted to achieve the perfect unique crunch. Before they head to the heat they are given a good dose of rosemary & thyme, followed by a shakedown of olive oil and sea salt.
Well Soffles were first on the scene as a predinner beer accompaniment for hungry friends at what was known as "Soffle's Pitta Chip Ranch" in Stoke Newington, Hackney. Once it came about just how tasty these fellas were, there was no question about it, Soffles had to be taken to the streets so that's exactly what happened; Voila! Soffles were officially open for business. Since then those irregular shaped delights have been everywhere for all to try. And now they are here ready for you and ready of course to take on....
