Sanchi Org Tamari 150ml: Tamari soy sauce is a traditional Japanese product. Soya beans are naturally fermented in cedar casks, resulting in a unique, robust flavour. More commonly used in cooking, Tamari is richer than Shoyu and has a stronger, sharper taste and aroma, so less is needed to bring out the flavour of your favourite dishes. Gluten Free, Less than 5% fat, Organic, Yeast Free. Organic Kuzu is a superior quality starch with a smooth texture and neutral flavour that is naturally extracted from the roots of one of Japan's most vigorous mountain plants. Ingredients: Water, soya beans, sea salt, koji (Aspergillus oryzae).
