Quest Kyolic Garlic 600 provides an odourless aged garlic extract standardised with Sallyl cysteine. Organically grown garlic is transformed to Kyolic via a unique 20 month coldaging process which triggers a complex series of biological reactions.
For example, alliin, the inactive sulphurcontaining compound found in intact garlic bulbs, is converted to compounds including sallyl cysteine (SAC) confirmed by scientists to be effective, safe and stable.
