Sharpham Park is an organic farm in Somerset, UK owned by Roger Saul, founder of Mulberry who has now reintroduced the healthy grain Spelt back to the UK. Spelt, a 7000 year old crop was initially brought to the UK by the Romans and used as their marching grain. Spelt is a healthy and tasty alternative to wheat and can be used in the same way as wheat. Sharpham Park also has a Spelt dedicated mill, so we can assure you that our milled products are not cross contaminated with other cereals.
