Emile Noel Org EV Fruity Olive Oil 500ml: Emile Noel, Organic, Extra Virgin, Fruity Olive Oil is a cold pressed oil made from the mechanical extraction of oils from a variety of olives including the Picuda variety, which gives the oil a particular rich fruitiness to its flavour. Being a raw, unprocessed oil, it can set like a gel, even at a low room temperature, but it easily warmed and returns to its flowing state but this peculiarity means you are getting a full bodied, highly flavoured oil that has been extracted delicately to preserve the nature of the fruit. It is particularly recommended for Mediterranean dressings. It is naturally rich in Omega 9 (75%) and Vitamin E (20mg/100g). The oil is great used cold, but can also be used in cooking with a smoke point of 210 deg. Centigrade making it suitable for all cooking in the kitchen.
