When Francis Hartridge first brewed our Celebrated Ginger Beer he 'bottled' it in 8 or 16 pint, stone jars that had a wooden tap at the bottom of the jar for easy dispensing.
Our Ginger Beer is not too 'fiery' or 'hot in the throat' but is subtle with a smooth flavour and is the perfect accompaniment to all food. We have continued to use the finest ingredients that my great grandfather first used three centuries ago.
