Emile Noel Organic Rapeseed Oil 500ml: Emile Noel, Organic, Extra Virgin, Cold Pressed, Rapeseed Oil is a dark yellow oil form the first mechanical pressing of the seed. Also know as Canola oil in some countries, this oil has a delicate, sweet cabbage flavour (think, crunchy, sweet raw cabbage if you love coleslaw, you will love this oil). This virgin oil is recommended only for dressings and cold preparation and not for frying. It contains a high level of unsaturated fats, made up of 8% Omega 3, 20% Omega 6 and 63% Omega 9 for a balanced nutritional profile, suited to maintain cardiovascular health and regulate blood cholesterol levels.
