This very pale oil, pressed from almond kernels, has a fine and delicate flavour that enhances dressings.
Cleaned, healthy seeds are first cold pressed in an endlessscrew press, without solvents or chemicals. The oil is then filtered several times through blotting paper, and then stored in a dark, cool place.
