Epsom Salt was first discovered hundreds of years ago in the mineralrich waters of Epsom in England. 

As well as a bath soak to relieve tired, aching muscles, Epsom Salts have been used for many years to relieve the symptoms of stress.
An Epsom Salts bath may also be useful for easing painful joints associated with arthritic and rheumatic conditions.
Eco Bath's Uplifting and Refreshing Bath Salts contains a blend of pure essential oils; frankincense to soothe and uplift, mandarin to refresh
Add approx one third to three quarters of a tub of Uplifting Epsom Salts to a running bath, stir to dissolve. 
During bathing, as the salts draw out toxins from the body
The essential oils ease and refresh body and soul.
