Doves Farm Organic Strong White Bread Flour 1500g: Our White Bread Flour is milled from strong hard organic wheat varieties. It is ideal for use in bread machines and ovens, and should make a nice light but filling loaf. This 1.5kg pack of white flour is ideal for baking at home with recipes on the side of the pack. Dietary and allergen information: Contains: gluten (naturally present in wheat) Made without: nuts, milk, casein, eggs, soya. UK Mill does not use: nuts, milk, casein, eggs, soya. Suitable for vegetarians & vegans. Ingredients: Wheat*, vitamin C† (*Denotes organically grown † permitted flour treatment) The following statutory nutrients are also added as per The Bread & Flour Regulations 1998: Calcium carbonate, Iron, Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Niacin.
