Our delicious, versatile coconut milk/cream powder made from freshly pressed coconut milk. A more finer powdered coconut milk powder with lower fat content that easily dissolves in liquids.
To create the powder the fresh coconut meat is grated and expeller pressed to form a milk, which is then spray dried. The milk can be reconstituted in warm water or blended into liquids. Although you would expect all coconut milk powders to be dairy free, very few actually are. Unlike most other coconut milk powders that are currently offered, our coconut milk powders do not contain any sodium caseinate and are therefore dairy free. Vegans, those with dairy intolerances or perhaps those simply avoiding dairy due to a specific diet can enjoy this dairy free alternative. It is packed with vitamins, electrolytes, and minerals like potassium and choline. Our standard coconut milk powder contains corn maltodextrin (our vegan coconut milk powder 65% does not), as well as a touch of tapioca syrup and cyclodextrin(dietary fibre). These act as a drying agent and emulsifier and are necessary to keep the powder from clumping into hard chunks and to allow the powder to easily dissolve into liquids.
