This oil is the rich vegetable source of fatty acids Omega 3 series. A powerful antioxidant, and rich in Vitamin E and lecithin Flax Seed Oil is a valuable ally for the smooth functioning of the nervous system, Two teaspoons of flax seed oil a day meet the daily requirement of alphalinolenic acid which is then synthesized by the body into Omega 3 EFAs. Flax seed oil can be added to yogurt or juice at breakfast. It is very important to preserve the product in a cool and dry place.
